**Flag high-risk compliance warranties:**
- No materiality qualifier (even minor non-compliance = breach)
- No knowledge qualifier (strict liability for unknown non-compliance)
- "All applicable laws" (impossibly broad)
- Long or unlimited lookback period
- Areas where legal DD identified issues or was limited in scope
**Cross-check against Legal DD Report:**
- Does legal DD actually confirm compliance in these areas?
- Were there any qualifications or limitations in DD scope?
- Did DD identify any compliance gaps or continuing breaches?
**Format**: Present as a table with risk ratings (Low / Medium / High)
